An embodied movement, meditative, literary event to GATHER our attention, the ripeness of our efforts, and the ancient wisdom to which we belong (8/9/26, 4-5:30pm ET, virtual).

Our time together will include:

  • Gentle Yoga

  • Somatic Experiencing tools for greater self awareness, integration, and ease

  • Meditation

  • Poetry

  • Journaling

  • Togetherness

The Zoom link will be sent 24 hours before the event via email.

A recording will be sent out after class and you will have access for 30 days.

The ocean tier is above market value, supporting equity and redistribution of wealth; the ocean is the largest body of water that feeds back into evaporation and rain to sustain the whole.
