Welcome to our private sessions in Holistic Living and Ayurveda Counseling, where we invite you to embark on a journey back home to yourself. Our sessions are designed to nurture your body-mind-soul and spiritual essence, holding sacred space for you to rediscover your innate intelligence, connect deeply with your true essence, and cultivate whole person well-being.

In these intimate sessions, we focus on addressing the whole person, recognizing that true well-being comes from restoring dynamic balance on all levels - physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and soul. Drawing from the wisdom of Ayurveda, an ancient system of holistic healing, as well as other time-tested holistic frameworks, we tailor each session to meet your unique needs and support your individual journey.

Our approach is gentle yet powerful, incorporating a variety of holistic tools and practices. What to expect:

  • Ayurvedic Consultation: We begin our time together by developing a dynamic understanding of your unique constitution, identifying opportunities for growth, and co-creating a holistic action plan to meet your goals.

  • Mindfulness and Meditation: Cultivating presence and self-awareness through mindfulness practices and meditation techniques to move beyond the seemingly small sense of self, expanding consciousness.

  • Yoga Therapy: Gentle yoga asana, breath work, and regulating techniques tailored to meet you where you’re at, promoting physical strength, flexibility, emotional well-being, mental stability, and soul alignment.

  • Energy Healing: Utilizing subtle energy techniques such as mantra, mudra, and breath work, to clear blockages, restore balance, and promote the free flow of life force energy throughout your body-mind-soul.

  • Herbal Remedies: Recommendations for herbal supplements, teas, and oils to support your body's natural intelligence and address specific concerns.

  • Holistic Counseling: Providing a safe space for self-reflection, exploration, and soul nourishment, helping you expand capacity, enhance resiliency, and move through unsupportive ways of being.

  • Nutritional Guidance: Education on nourishing foods and mindful eating practices to fuel your body, support digestion, and enhance overall well-being.

Throughout our sessions together, you will be supported with compassion, understanding, and deep reverence for your innate wisdom and capacity for healing. Our intention is to empower you to become the architect of your own well-being, guiding you toward a life of greater resilience, harmony, fulfillment, potential, and wholeness.

how it works:

  • An in-depth initial consult to explore your concerns, goals, and heartfelt desires for our time together. With this information I will be learning more about your Ayurveda mind-body blueprint and begin to connect with your energy so that we can co-create an action plan to support the 5 layers of your being. You will leave with simple tools and practices to start implementing right away.

  • The Annamaya Kosha is the densest layer or sheath and is comprised of the physical body made of matter.

    This layer addresses our basic needs, such as food, water, and safety.

    We will dive more in-depth into how to tend to your physical body through self-awareness, food, and supportive movement.

    You will learn basic Ayurveda principles about food, digestion, and the bodies innate intelligence.

  • The pranamaya kosha is the energetic layer made up of the more subtle aspects of the nervous system, breath, and life force.

    It plays a role in circulation, breathing, and digestion.

    We will identify different practices and routines for you to incorporate to nourish and restore your energetic system.

  • The manomaya kosha recognizes the mind and emotions as intrinsically linked and therefore addresses both.

    It consists of feeling, emotions, thoughts, memory, and imagination.

    It is responsible for cognitive functions as well as how we process our experience and emotions.

    In this session we will look at the health of this layer and identify tools and practices to support it.

  • The vijnanamaya kosha is the intellectual layer of our being.

    It is the sheath of wisdom, knowledge, and discernment that is necessary for us to determine right from wrong, truth from untruth.

    During this session, we will look at tools and practices to unveil your innate wisdom and strengthen the muscle of discernment.

  • The anandamaya kosha is the layer of the soul and the space where we tap into bliss.

    It is the sheath that holds true joy, contentment, and peace and reminds us of the interconnectedness of all of life.

    During this session, we will look at ways to align with the soul and remember your authentic self as pathways to a fulfilling, meaningful life.

  • Spiritual remembrance will conclude our 7 series journey as we explore the eternal, timeless essence that is at the heart of all 5 koshas.

    You will leave with tools and practices for how to connect with this part of yourself and re-member it back into daily life for greater connection, grace, and inner poise.

The Holistic Lifestyle Design series is an in-depth approach to well-being that requires a commitment from you to address and engage in all aspects of the tools, practices, and teachings shared. Each of the sessions is 90 minutes and can be booked individually to honor the pace that is best for you. Each session is $140, however, discounts are offered to those who express a true desire to do this work but don’t have the financial means. Students and previous clients are welcome to book single sessions with me as needed for support and continued well-being.
